As one of the four primary goals within the strategic plan, membership engagement is a key focus for NPMA and tactics corresponding to recruitment, retention and enhanced member services continuing to permeate all association activities. As part of these tactics, NPMA staff and volunteer leadership will implement a campaign to inform current and prospective members of the value and benefits of membership. We will do this through targeted marketing, strategic communications, state association engagement, and staff training.
